Capital Waste Services completed the acquisition of Priority Waste Services.

Capital Waste Services, a waste management service company, completed the acquisition of Priority Waste Services, a garbage collection service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The employees and talent coming over with these acquisitions will further build out our growing team in this market. With the help of their personnel, we will continue to maintain Southern Central and Priority’s strong customer relationships while implementing Capital Waste’s best practices across the market,” Matt Parker, Capital Waste Services CEO.
