Pioneer Square Brands completed the acquisition of Vault.

Pioneer Square Brands, a producer of accessories for mobile technology devices completed the acquisition of Vault, a manufacturer of mobile device enclosure solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “VAULT’s enterprise products and manufacturing capabilities create an opportunity to accelerate our momentum.
