Confluent Health completed the acquisition of a majority stake in MOTION PT Group from Pharos Capital.

Confluent Health, a healthcare holdings company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in MOTION PT Group, a physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy company, from Pharos Capital, an investment firm.
