Quest Diagnostics completed the acquisition of the laboratory services business of NewYork-Presbyterian.

Quest Diagnostics, a provider of diagnostic information services, completed the acquisition of the laboratory services business of NewYork-Presbyterian, an academic medical center. Financial terms were not disclosed. "NewYork-Presbyterian and Quest share a belief that exceptional patient care should be accessible to all.
