Blackstone-backed DESOTEC, a filtration services provider, completed the acquisition of the carbon reactivation and slurry operations of Evoqua Water Technologies, a provider of mission-critical water and wastewater treatment solutions, for $100m. “This strategic acquisition marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for DESOTEC as we continue our mission to better protect the planet.
