SWK ENERGIE completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Kälte-Klima-Peters.

SWK ENERGIE, a provider of utility services concerning energy such as electricity, natural gas, water, waste disposal, as well as public transportation, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Kälte-Klima-Peters, a provider of modern and energy-efficient refrigeration technology for businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are now strengthening our competencies in the business field of plant construction and technology. This will enable us as SWK to offer the complete value chain of energy supply even better in the future," Kerstin Abraham, SWK Board Member.
