SWK ENERGIE, a provider of utility services concerning energy such as electricity, natural gas, water, waste disposal, as well as public transportation, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Kälte-Klima-Peters, a provider of modern and energy-efficient refrigeration technology for businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are now strengthening our competencies in the business field of plant construction and technology.
