Krause Brokerage Services, a Wisconsin-based insurance brokerage firm specializing in long-term care planning solutions, completed the acquisition of USA-LTC, a California-based brokerage firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Long-term care insurance is an essential part of the retirement and estate planning conversation.
