BrewDog and Budweiser to form a joint venture.

BrewDog, a multinational brewery and pub chain based in Ellon, Scotland, and Budweiser, a brewing company, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. The long-term agreement will focus on expanding the BrewDog brand across Greater China and allows the Scottish brewer to capitalise on rapid market growth in the country.
