Theo Müller completed the acquisition of Graal from Abris Capital.

Theo Müller, a German company producing a variety of dairy products, completed the acquisition of Graal, a canned fish producer in Poland, from Abris Capital, the ESG transformation specialist private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
