EPG Consulting, an independent logistics consultancy, agreed to acquire Groenewout, a provider of consulting services related to supply chain management, construction management, project management, and engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Groenewout combines their expertise in supply chain, logistics and CM&E into a great overall package, perfectly complementing our service offering. We are observing an increased demand for holistic planning and realization, especially with regard to automation solutions.
