A1 Telekom Austria, a provider of a range of fixed-line, broadband Internet, multimedia services, data, and IT systems, wholesale as well as mobile payment services, completed the spin-off of its radio masts into a separate company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We welcome this decision to spin off the passive infrastructure into a separate company. It offers strategically important perspectives and a long-term stable ownership structure. It will make our network rollout faster and more efficient, which will benefit our customers and the business location," Thomas Arnoldner, A1 Group CEO.
