VK, a Russian online social media and social networking service based in Saint Petersburg, completed the acquisition of the remaining 75% stake in Uchi.ru, Russia’s largest online platform used by school students, for RUB8.7bn. Through this acquisition, VK will strengthen its foothold in the segment of extracurricular education for schoolchildren.
