Tyson Foods to acquire Williams Sausage.

Tyson Foods, a food processing company, agreed to acquire Williams Sausage, a sausage and bacon processor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of Williams Sausage Company aligns with our strategic intent of expanding our capacity to serve our customers.
