The Riverside Company-backed OutSolve, a provider of outsourced, OFCCP compliant affirmative action plans, audit preparation services and compliance support, completed the investment in Career Resources, a provider of outsourced affirmative action plans and other federal contract compliance programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since adding OutSolve to our portfolio, we have quickly completed four add-on acquisitions, demonstrating our commitment to M&A to add capabilities to the platform.
