Enbridge to acquire Tres Palacios Gas Storage from Crestwood and Brookfield for $335m.

Enbridge, a Canadian pipeline operator, agreed to acquire Tres Palacios Gas Storage from Crestwood, a private equity investor focusing on the areas of energy and renewable energy, and Brookfield, a Canadian multinational company, for $335m. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter 2023 subject to customary regulatory approvals.
