Vestjyllands Andel completed the acquisition of a 5% stake in DanGødning from Danish Agro and Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareselskab.

Vestjyllands Andel, a biotechnology industry that produces proteins and develops feed solutions for conventional and organic farming, completed the acquisition of a 5% stake in DanGødning, a producer of liquid fertiliser for agriculture, from Danish Agro, a cooperative agribusiness company, and Dansk Landbrugs Grovvareselskab, an agricultural services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
