Danish Agro completed the acquisition of a 22.3% stake in DAVA Foods from Vestjyllands Andel.

Danish Agro, a cooperative farm supply company, completed the acquisition of a 22.3% stake in DAVA Foods, a food manufacturing, distribution and packing company, from Vestjyllands Andel, a wholesale distribution of non-durable goods provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
