Cailleau Group to merge with ICA Patrimoine.

Cailleau Group, a independent real estate developer agreed to merge with ICA Patrimoine, a Toulouse-based group with a national presence, offers real estate marketing and wealth management consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The integration of ICA Patrimoine within Cailleau Group thus enables Cailleau Group to offer a fully integrated global real estate service by combining real estate development and marketing of real estate projects.
