Google to acquire Photomath for €390m.

Google, an online search engine company, agreed to acquire Photomath, a mobile computer algebra system, for €390m. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We can confirm that we entered into an agreement to acquire Photomath in May 2022, subject to regulatory review.
