Main Street Financial Services completed the merger with Wayne Savings Bancshares in a $68m deal.

Main Street Financial Services, the holding company of Main Street Bank, completed the merger with Wayne Savings Bancshares, the holding company of Wayne Savings Community Bank, in a $68m deal.
