TriMas to acquire Weldmac.

TriMas, a diversified manufacturer of engineered products, agreed to acquire Weldmac, a designer and manufacturer of high-performance, complex metal fabricated components and assemblies for the aerospace, defense and space launch end markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to announce the agreement to add Weldmac to the TriMas family of businesses," Thomas Amato, TriMas President and CEO.
