Wienerberger completed the acquisition of Komproment.

Wienerberger, a building company, completed the acquisition of Komproment, a building materials manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The transaction with Komproment brings Wienerberger exposure into the growing application of ventilated facade systems. Komproment acts as a system supplier on the market, offering its façade elements together with technical sub-construction (fixation system) as well as all required documentation, drawings, and calculations," Wienerberger.
