Wellspring-backed Hoffmaster completed the acquisition of Paterson Pacific Parchment.

Wellspring-backed Hoffmaster, a manufacturer of premium disposable tableware, completed the acquisition of Paterson Pacific Parchment, a producer of foodservice paper and parchment products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an important acquisition for Hoffmaster as we bring together two leaders in the premium foodservice disposables category.
