Turnspire Capital completed the acquisition of USG Water Solutions from Veolia.

Turnspire Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of USG Water Solutions, a provider of water asset management services for small and medium public water utilities, from Veolia, a utility services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to acquire this incredible business.
