Nestle completed the acquisition of minority stake in YFood Labs.

Nestle, a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation, completed the acquisition of minority stake in YFood Labs, a food products supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. Drinking meals and other products from YFood are currently available in more than 30 countries - but only in retail stores in six European countries. Important sales channels are our own web shop and other e-commerce channels.
