Strikwerda-backed Confido, a Dutch group of specialists in digital trust services, completed the acquisition of Aangetekend Mailen, a provider of safe mail solutions with secure mailing, digital signature, online identification, registered mail and more. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This collaboration is a logical step in the next growth phase of our company. As part of Confido, we gain access to the wider group's knowledge and systems.
