LucaNet, a developer of a software solution that offers planning, controlling, and consolidation in a single tool, completed the acquisition of AMANA, a developer of specialized, user-friendly and intelligent systems for tax, disclosure management, XBRL, and leasing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
