Kelso-backed Inovar Packaging Group completed the acquisition of Amherst Label.

Kelso-backed Inovar Packaging Group, a provider of product labelling and identification solutions, completed the acquisition of Amherst Label, a custom label manufacturing company that provides various types of label printing services.
