Phillips & Cohen to acquire Ardent Credit Services.

Phillips & Cohen, a Manchester-headquartered deceased account management business, agreed to acquire Ardent Credit Services, a debt recovery and credit management services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It has always been part of our plan to expand our mainstream collection activities outside of the US, but without diluting the expertise in handling deceased accounts for which we have an established reputation and expertise," Adam Cohen, Phillips & Cohen Associates Co-Founder and CEO.
