Clear Group completed the acquisition of IFM Insurance Brokers.

Clear Group, a chartered insurance broker, completed the acquisition of IFM Insurance Brokers, an insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IFM are long standing friends of Clear and we are delighted that they are joining us as we seek to grow our regional footprint. Mark and his team have built a great and highly respected business which is a great fit for Clear. With Goldman Sachs backing, we will invest in the IFM business so they can take the next steps in their growth journey,” Mike Edgeley, Clear Group CEO.
