COLMEC completed the acquisition of KCM.

COLMEC, an industrial equipment supplier, completed the acquisition of KCM, a rubber industry manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very happy to have been able to expand the COLMEC group with the acquisition of KCM.
