Daikin Applied, a commercial and industrial HVAC systems provider, completed the acquisition of Alliance Air Products, a custom air-handling equipment design and manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Alliance Air has differentiated itself for its manufacturing acumen, creative designs, and nimble work and delivery.
