Constantia Flexibles to acquire Drukpol.

Constantia Flexibles, a producer of flexible packaging worldwide, agreed to acquire Drukpol, a packaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted by this opportunity to invest in the growth of our European flexo printing platform whilst reinforcing our successful footprint in Poland,” said Pim Vervaat, CEO of Constantia Flexibles. On March 2, 2023, Constantia Flexibles has agreed to acquire the Polish flexible packaging company Drukpol Flexo sp. Z.o.o. “I am convinced that Drukpol Flexo has found the right partner for the future and continues to grow under Constantia Flexibles’ wings,” Zenon Ziemak, Drukpol Flexo Founder and Owner.
