Xperience Restaurant to acquire Rio Mambo and THE RIM from RM Restaurant.

Xperience Restaurant, a casual and fine dining operator, agreed to acquire Rio Mambo and THE RIM, two casual eateries, from RM Restaurant, a full-service casual dining sevices provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are honored to welcome founder, Brent Johnson, and the Johnson family to our family of restauranteurs.
