SoftBank Group-backed Geniee completed the acquisition of Zelto.

SoftBank Group-backed Geniee, a marketing technology company that develops and provides solutions that lead to the resolution of various issues, such as increasing corporate earnings and improving productivity, completed the acquisition of Zelto, a provider of tech solutions and products to assist web publishers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
