Netzkontor, a fiber optics services provider, completed the acquisition of Adams Network Engineering, an engineering services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to be able to place our company, which has been built up over 30 years, in the hands of the Netzkontor Group through a structured succession.
