MCH Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of FERMAX, a manufacturer of door entry systems, video door entry systems, access control and connectivity solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The main purpose of the project is to strengthen the commercial development of the company, both in Spain and primarily in international markets, while maintaining the company’s culture and values," FERMAX.
