RSK Group, the UK’s largest privately-owned multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy, completed the acquisition of Richard Irvin FM, a provider of building & facilities maintenance, engineering & fabrication & major contracting abilities throughout Aberdeen. Financial terms were not disclosed.
