MYNE completed the acquisition of VillaCircle.

MYNE, a Berlin, Germany-based provider of a co-ownership platform, completed the acquisition of VillaCircle, a real estate rental agency in Düsseldorf, Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition, MYNE will increase its portfolio and strengthen itself in the market. The deal will see MYNE take over the real estate and customer care of VillaCircle, and existing operations will be transferred to its platform.
