Fleetcor Technologies completed the acquisition of Business Gateway.

Fleetcor Technologies, a global business payments and spend management company, completed the acquisition of Business Gateway, a service, maintenance and repair management provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The synergy between Business Gateway and our 1link Service Network platform, which is the long established industry standard for SMR management in the U.K. and several other countries, is obvious. The two companies will be an excellent fit," Aditya Varadpande, Fleetcor Managing Director.
