RELX-backed LexisNexis Risk Solutions, a global data and analytics company, agreed to acquire Human API, a provider of consumer-driven health data to life insurance and healthcare customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Human API will enable LexisNexis Risk Solutions to further its strategic aim of delivering innovative solutions while meeting the industry’s regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
