WestStar group completed the acquisition of Dieta Group from MB Funds.

WestStar group, a motor vehicle manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of Dieta Group, a distributor and manufacturer of professional kitchen equipment company, from MB Funds, a Finnish private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very satisfied with the transaction. It is important to us that Dieta Group's ownership remains in Finland and that the new owner is ready to invest in our growth," Juhani Järvenpää, Dieta Group CEO.
