Stellex Capital Management, an investment company, completed the acquisition of David Brown Santasalo, a global gear systems specialist, from N4 Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “On behalf of David Brown Santasalo, we are very pleased to have secured this investment by Stellex.
