Prime Capital, a financial planning provider, completed the acquisition of Cornerstone Comprehensive Wealth Management, an investment advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Cornerstone is a family-owned and -operated firm that provides comprehensive fiduciary-minded support and services that align well with our core values.
