VINCI Energies completed the acquisition of Elecso.

VINCI Energies, a concessions and construction company, completed the acquisition of Elecso, a company that specialises in electrical installations and instruments. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Acquiring Elecso is a strategic move for VINCI Energies, following on from TCI in 2020. It is contributing to enlarging our business portfolio by opening doors into the industrial sector. We are a network built on excellence and are growing in an agile manner by integrating the best companies in each sector," Philippe Peter, VINCI Energies CEO.
