Milavous Group completed the acquisition of Green Energy Chemicals.

Milavous Group, a provider of raw materials, completed the acquisition of Green Energy Chemicals, a subsidiary that specializes in producing Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) and CO₂ from agricultural sources. With a manufacturing facility under construction in Adana/Kozan, Turkiye, the plant is expected to have an annual production capacity of 26,500 metric tons of ENA and 17,500 MT of CO₂, scheduled to commence production in December 2023. This acquisition is part of Milavous Group’s ongoing efforts to expand its product portfolio and provide high-quality products to its customers.
