Hyundai Motor to acquire the Maharashtra plant of General Motors.

Hyundai Motor, a South Korean multinational automotive manufacturer, agreed to acquire the Maharashtra plant of General Motors, an American multinational automotive manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The term sheet covers proposed acquisition of land and buildings, certain machinery and equipment for manufacturing at the plant, Hyundai said in a statement.
