Primonial REIM completed the acquisition of a 64% stake in Icade Sante from Icade for €1.4bn.

Primonial REIM, a European real estate asset management firm, completed the acquisition of a 64% stake in Icade Sante, the property investment division of Icade, a multinational real estate investment trust, for €1.4bn. The substantial cash generated by this transaction would also help Icade to fortify its balance sheet and seize potential growth opportunities.
