ArcelorMittal Construction completed the acquisition of Italpannelli Germany.

ArcelorMittal Construction, a manufacturer of steel systems and solutions for building cladding, completed the acquisition of Italpannelli Germany, a manufacturer of insulation boards based in Trier. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will complement ArcelorMittal’s geographic presence, strengthening its product portfolio and improving its ability to serve existing customers.
